Event details |
This is a walking writing workshop, where we’ll alternate walking and observing with writing time. We'll investigate how we can deepen our immediate responses using association, personal experience and social history, memory and imagination. The wet weather option: stay indoors, in the Old School, and use the old buildings as a starting point for our writing. Jane Routh is a poet fascinated by our place in the natural world. Her third volume is due out autumn 2010. All participants will be invited to read their resulting work at an event in Litfest’s summer reading series on Wednesday16 June. | |
